Hinoki Finger joint laminated board:

  • A/A GRADE Two faces clear. Pin Hole, Short Hole, Knots, Tension Wood, Blue Stain, Heart Place, Chocolate color, Splits, Delamination, Rotten, Under size and finger crack are not acceptable.
  • A/C GRADE One face clear. Back side heart center, pith, heavy bluestain and knots with putty allowed. Wrapping per piece.
  • C/C GRADE Heart center, pith, heavy bluestain, and knots with Putty are allowed on both faces.
Merbau Finger joint laminated board
  • A/A GRADE Free sap, no knot, not allow crack and delamination. Finished sanding #180, MC maximum 12%. Standard export packing with plastic wrapping
Acacia Finger joint laminated board
  • A/A GRADE Two faces clear. Sapwood allowed, but one face should be max 30%. Wrapping per piece.
  • A/C GRADE Sapwood allowed in both faces. Face side lived knots allowed. Back side heart center, pith, heavy bluestain and knots with putty allowed. Wrapping per piece.
  • C/C GRADE Heart center, Heavy bluestain, knots, putty on both faces allowed. Wrapping per piece.
