Finger Joint Laminated Board is made from joining short lamelas into finger joint stick, then go into lamination and sanding process to become boards. Our pine products are used for housing component and furniture market mainly in Japan and Korea

| A GRADE | Live knots accept. Dead knots accept max 10mm, no through loose knots, to put wood insert neatly with glue or apply wood dust glued on gap. Center pith accept max 50% the length of the corepiece. Gap on butt joint <2mm accept.

| B GRADE | Live knots accept. Dead knots accept. Putty and no through loose knots. Center pith accept, need putty or placed on back face. Gap on butt >2mm accept, put wood insert neatly with glue. Gap wane on front face <2mm wide, no need putty. Gap wane on back face <15mm on pitch accept, <6mm on depth/thickness accept. Split, peeled accept. Water stain, pinhole accept not on 10cm end & frame, limited. Slight hairy/unflat accept. Decay, honeycomb, wormhole not accept. |
| C GRADE | Dead knots no need putty. Honeycomb, wormhole, gap wane on both face. Split and peeled. Center pith hollow no need putty. |
